Important update for customers in Norway – Transition to our new logistics partner
As part of Griptel’s ongoing commitment to strengthening our operations and services, we are currently transitioning our Norwegian warehousing and logistics services to our new logistics partner, JAS.
The move is an important step in developing a more scalable and efficient supply chain that will support our future growth and enable us to serve our customers with greater flexibility, improved logistics capabilities, and enhanced service in the long term.
During this transition period, some temporary disruptions may occur as inventory, systems, and operational processes are transferred to the new warehouse. We expect to be fully operational during September.
We kindly ask for your patience and understanding while we complete this transition. To help ensure smooth deliveries during this period, we encourage all customers to plan orders ahead whenever possible and allow for some additional lead time.
